The Disney Springs Checklist: 5 Must-Do Activities
Disney Springs™ is rich with entertainment at every turn. Much like the theme parks, there is so much to do at Disney Springs that it’s easy to get overwhelmed with all the options. Though if you have a plan, Disney Springs can be a perfect place to recharge your batteries and still take in the wonderful Disney culture.
Here are a few of the must-see attractions that Disney Springs has to offer:
- Splitsville Luxury Lanes
Even if your family isn’t made up of professional bowlers, Splitsville is an amazing place for the whole family. With two sushi bars, pool tables, live music, and 30 lanes of bowling, there’s something for everyone at Splitsville.
- Disney Springs Art Walk: A Mall of Magical Murals
Disney Springs Art Walk features artists from Orlando and across the globe. Experience the emotions, cultures, and colors bursting with life in the many murals near the Town Center.
- World of Disney
Most Disney guests know about the Emporium – the massive retail store located just inside Magic Kingdom. Imagine that, but even bigger, and you have the World of Disney. The biggest Disney store in the world, the World of Disney features twelve massive rooms filled with apparel, toys, and other merchandise.
- Wine Bar George
Experience an estate-style wine bar with exquisitely paired food by Master Sommelier George Milotes. This relatively new establishment adds another upscale dining option to the rich and diverse dining options that makes Disney Springs a hot place to eat a great meal.
- Food Trucks
For a great, quick meal or mid-day snack, check out the four food trucks parked throughout Disney Springs. Fantasy Fare, Superstar Café, World Showcase of Flavors, and Namaste Café all showcase different types of flavors – perfect if your family can’t decide on just one!
- The Boats of The Boathouse
This is one of the only places anywhere that you can take a ride in an authentic amphibious car from the 1960’s. The amphicars have been meticulously restored to perfect working order, and are available for use on a guided tour of the Disney Springs area. For just $125, up to 3 people can pile in for a tour from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. each day.
This list is just the tip of the iceberg for activities at Disney Springs. Round up the family and go explore all that this wonderful place has to offer! If you’re looking for a perfect place to stay on your trip to Orlando, look no further than the Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. Its central location makes it a breeze to see all that Orlando has to offer, while being both affordable and luxurious.
