We never charge resort fees.

Guests enjoy free shuttle service to Walt Disney World® and Universal Orlando Resort® theme parks. Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets® offers a complimentary scheduled shuttle service on select days. Plan you theme park visits with our free scheduled shuttle service.

Guests are welcome to self-park their vehicles in a gated lot with 24/7 security. Hotel guests and their visitors must display a parking permit tag which can be picked up at Front Desk.

Parking fees are $10 per night per car (tax included) with a maximum charge of five (5) nights/$50 per car. Payment for parking fees is handled by the Front Desk.

Splash pad with colorful water features and an adorable otter mascot named Ozzie. Ozzie’s Splash Zone is located at Pool #2 near the 3000 building.

For your children’s enjoyment, we have a key access required playground located across from the 1000 Building in the parking lot area. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The playground will close during inclement weather and will re-open when the radar indicates it is safe to do so.

Responsible dogs arriving with their well-behaved humans are welcome to stay with prior approval. A non-refundable dog fee applies per dog, per night. Advance reservations required.

Ship and receive mail and packages from the Business Center. Fax and printing services are also available. No worries if you didn't bring a laptop. Guests are welcome to use our computer workstations. Fees apply for shipping and receiving boxes.

Coin-operated laundry rooms throughout the property and off-site dry-cleaning and laundry services make it easy to pack light. More information on our laundry facilities and services.

Uniformed security officers secure the premises and attend to the parking lot 24 hours a day. Private security services can be booked for group events by contacting the sales office at 1047009 from a hotel phone or by calling 407-996-9343.
