The Ozzie's Splash Zone at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista

Swimming Pools

Open Daily | 9 a.m. – 10 p.m., weather permitting

Two seasonally-heated swimming pools are on property. One pool is behind the 3000 building. The other pool is between the 1000 and 2000 buildings.

Ozzie's Splash Zone

Children's splash playground providing tons of fun for the little ones. Located behind the 3000 building. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

The children's playground is located in the front of the property nearby the 1000 building. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Game Room

Open Daily | 9 a.m. - midnight

The game room is token-operated and located next to the Lobby.

On-site Laundry

Open Daily | 24 hours

Token-operated laundry facilities are located on the 3rd floor of each building. Tokens for the laundry machines are available from the token machine in each laundry room.

Laundry detergent is available at each location as well as at Lite Bite.

Valet Dry Cleaning

Dry cleaning and laundry services are available upon request, Monday through Saturday. Items picked up early in the morning before 8 a.m. will be cleaned off-site and returned to the hotel by 6 p.m. or by the next day (excluding Sundays).

We refresh towels and remove trash daily. Please consider the planet and reuse your towel. If you need fresh towels, leave them on the floor.

Full housekeeping service is provided after every third night of your stay. Dial “0” on your room phone for extra towels, linens, or other amenities. To opt out of housekeeping, place a “Room Occupied” sign outside your front door.

We reserve the right to inspect all guest rooms, even when the “Room Occupied” tag is displayed.

Guest Services

Parking fees are $10 per night per vehicle (tax included) with a maximum charge of five (5) nights/$50 per vehicle. Payment for parking fees is handled by the Front Desk.

Each package received will incur a receiving, storage, and handling fee of $10 for packages up to 49 pounds, $25 for packages 50 to 99 pounds, and $50 for packages 100 to 150 pounds.

Contact Front Desk or reservations to request adding a rollaway bed in your guest room. Limit one per room. $18 plus tax a night.

Guests are charged a nonrefundable fee of $15 per dog, per night, per guest room. There is a two-dog maximum.

Theme Park Shuttles and Shopping Shuttles

We provide free, scheduled shuttle service to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort including Epic Universe, and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. Shuttles are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All guests must show their guestroom key to the shuttle driver when boarding.

More Transportation Information

Be Aware

Ensure your safety by being aware of your surroundings. Park in well-lit areas, remove valuables from your vehicle, and make sure its locked. Avoid keeping your money and cards in one place, and secure your purses and wallets. Please report suspicious activity to hotel security. If you see something, please say something.

Guest Room Door Locks

For additional security only while you're in the guest room, press the green privacy button located on the door lock. Do not press the green privacy button before departing room. Please do not leave the door open while you are in the room, and ensure the door is completely closed when leaving.

Visitors

Always identify a person before allowing them into your room. A peep hole is provided in your door for your convenience. If there is any doubt about the person’s true identity, please contact the Security Desk at extension 6000. Use the night latch located on the back of the guestroom door for added protection.

Pool Safety Tips

Always keep a close eye on kids when they're near the pool. Don't rely on floaties instead of watching them. Wait a bit after eating before swimming. Remember, no glass items or pets in the pool area. It's important to stay safe, so don't swim if you've been drinking or using drugs. And don't forget, there are emergency phones by each pool if you ever need help.

Extreme Heat

While having fun in the sun, please stay hydrated. Drink more water than you think you need. Remember to wear sunscreen and reapply often as sweat can decrease its effectiveness over time. We recommend SPF 30 or above. Loose fitting, lightweight clothing that covers as much skin as possible, and a hat should help keep you comfortable in hot weather.

Fire

Please take a moment to find the closest fire exit stairway. If there is ever a fire, go to the stairs quickly but calmly. Do not use the elevators. If you see fire or smoke, please report it immediately to the hotel operator by calling 0 from any hotel phone.

Driving & Walking

In Florida, drivers must yield or stop for pedestrians crossing the road — within and outside a crosswalk even when traffic control signals or yield signs are not present. Pedestrians are encouraged to use designated crosswalks and wait to cross the street until oncoming traffic has stopped.

Electronic Safe

Do not leave money or valuables unattended in your room. Each room is equipped with an electronic safe for your use. Always store your jewelry, passport, cash, and valuables in a safe location.

Staff Permissions

Hotel staff may enter a guestroom during your stay for wellness checks, security, maintenance, or other purposes. Rosen Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to visually inspect all guestrooms, even when the Room Occupied tag is displayed. Staff will knock and announce their presence before entering.
