We have been staying at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista for 10+ years. Yes, it’s not a 5-star hotel, but you’re not paying the price for it either. The Wi-Fi is good, the beds are comfy, and the room and sheets are clean. The pool is great with ample clean towels. The breakfast buffet is great for the price. I must say Jill Osborne is an absolutely delightful lady with a smile every day and nothing is too much for her! For what you pay Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista is centralized everywhere and has a great price! We always return. See you all next year! James.
I have stayed at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista before. I found this hotel to be outstanding about everything you would want to make it a pleasurable experience, from the time you are checked in to the time you leave. The staff upon arrival are always welcoming, the maids always greet you with a smile, and the same can be said of the restaurant and bar staff. I felt safe while at the hotel. There is security at the entrance and you always see security staff about the hotel, either walking or in a golf cart. The room is always very clean. When I have requested an accessible room, I was always accommodated on each of my last four visits. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a safe, pleasurable holiday stay. You could not beat Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista for the price.
I have been to Orlando many times and have stayed in the "Disney Bubble" but I can no longer justify the high cost for accommodations I barely spend time in. Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista offers clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms in a perfectly central location to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and the airport. The room had a microwave, fridge, and plenty of storage. The breakfast buffet was good, included drinks, and at a great price! My room was on the highway (courtyard) side so it was a little noisy but wasn't a big deal. Otherwise it was VERY quiet! It was the first time I have stayed in a hotel where I didn't hear my neighbors. I will definitely stay again!
We have stayed at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista going back many years to the days when it was a Comfort Inn, then Clarion, and now Rosen. It has gotten better and better. Comfortable rooms with 2 large double beds, a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. All the staff are amazing but a special shout out to Jill Osborne in the restaurant who has looked after us at least a dozen times over the years. She is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Also, Jennifer in the restaurant and Shannon on the checkout all made us feel special. Would definitely recommend staying here for your visit to Orlando. Free shuttle buses to Disney and Universal parks too! Can't wait for our next visit.
Me and my wife spent about a week in Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. Long story short, the room was very nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, highly recommended!
This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. I chose it because it’s in a good location, the price fits my budget, and it’s on the bus line. I also chose it because the people are nice and the property feels safe.

Location, hotel, room, and food – all excellent. This my third visit to Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista from Northen Ireland over a 10-year period. The staff at the breakfast buffet were so helpful and kind. Our sever Jill went an extra mile for us. Thanks for helping make ours a great vacation.
I was in Orlando on business and wanted to try something other than the usual chain hotels. Rosen has several properties in the area. Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista was very nice – a little dated, but very well kept up. I did not use any of the tourist amenities, but tour buses and shuttles left from the lobby every morning. They had a couple of restaurants on site, and a store where you could purchase necessities without leaving the grounds. Nice pool area! Good parking! Friendly staff!
We stayed here for two weeks (2-17th of June) and it was great. Great location for the parks, shops are close by, and the pool area was great. Everything you need is either right at the hotel or not far away in a shop! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, especially our server at breakfast, Jill. What a lovely lady who was so kind to us all. She had so much time for my 5-year-old daughter and my baby (thanks for all the oranges!). Enjoyed listening to her stories every morning, she is a credit to your hotel. We will be back!! Hopefully in the next few years. Thanks so much for a lovely stay we won’t forget.
Super nice hotel, spacious room, a bit dated. Beds are very tight. Coffee machine is in the room. Shower is fine. Air conditioning makes a lot of noise. Washing machines and dryers on the 3rd floor are fine to do a wash. Pool is not cold, was not really cooling. There are towels by the pool. Reception is super friendly and clear. Parking costs $10 a day. Light close to eateries and shops. Good experience!
