We just got back from an amazing holiday at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. Yes the rooms are basic and outdated, but they are clear with nice white fluffy towels. We used the shuttle buses and found these great. They were always on time and met our needs. The staff were so friendly and the food was really nice, especially for the price. We loved the burgers and chicken sandwich. Luisa in the bar was really friendly. There were plenty of nice places to eat with a 5 minute walk. The pool area was nice and clean, and the pool was heated. Everything for us was spot on.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was great and had everything we needed (except maybe a kettle, but we are tea drinkers). The staff was funny, friendly, always helpful, and willing to chat. The local wildlife was lovely to see, and the area was always clean and green. You could walk to local small shops and restaurants if you like to walk but need a car if you want supermarkets, outlets or particular sorts of restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised with the situation of the hotel and would go again. We booked our stay with Virgin Atlantic and as usual was not disappointed.
Staying at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista is a truly worthwhile experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Jennifer, the buffet waitress—she was a perfect ten. She was super friendly and attentive at all times. The hotel is close to the Disney and Universal parks, and while they do have shuttles, the early morning departures are infrequent. However, you can easily manage by hiring Ubers, which are very efficient. Excellent value for money; it's worth every penny.
Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista is the nicest 3-star hotel I've ever stayed in. I stayed there many times before I relocated to Orlando. Now, I recommend it to all of my visitors and I've had several "staycations" there when I wanted to be near the parks.
Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista is a lovely place and a great location. Clean rooms with very comfy beds. Our room was car park-facing and very quiet. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Big shout out to two lovely ladies who made us feel right at home; Shannon and Jill were just amazing. A good value for money. Will definitely be back.
I just wanted to share a few words about our recent stay at the wonderful Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. We returned a few days ago after spending two fantastic weeks there—two adults and our 11‑year‑old, visiting Florida for the very first time. We had the most amazing holiday, and Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista proved to be the perfect base for all the parks. Every member of staff we met was consistently polite, friendly, and helpful. However, I’d like to give a special mention to the wonderful Jill. My son, who can be quite shy, spoke about Jill often and was really touched by the impression she made on him—which is a big deal for him. Thank you, Rosen Inn LBV, for an unforgettable holiday. We will certainly be back.
We have been staying at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista for 10+ years. Yes, it’s not a 5-star hotel, but you’re not paying the price for it either. The Wi-Fi is good, the beds are comfy, and the room and sheets are clean. The pool is great with ample clean towels. The breakfast buffet is great for the price. I must say Jill Osborne is an absolutely delightful lady with a smile every day and nothing is too much for her! For what you pay Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista is centralized everywhere and has a great price! We always return. See you all next year! James.
I have stayed at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista before. I found this hotel to be outstanding about everything you would want to make it a pleasurable experience, from the time you are checked in to the time you leave. The staff upon arrival are always welcoming, the maids always greet you with a smile, and the same can be said of the restaurant and bar staff. I felt safe while at the hotel. There is security at the entrance and you always see security staff about the hotel, either walking or in a golf cart. The room is always very clean. When I have requested an accessible room, I was always accommodated on each of my last four visits. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a safe, pleasurable holiday stay. You could not beat Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista for the price.
I have been to Orlando many times and have stayed in the "Disney Bubble" but I can no longer justify the high cost for accommodations I barely spend time in. Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista offers clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms in a perfectly central location to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and the airport. The room had a microwave, fridge, and plenty of storage. The breakfast buffet was good, included drinks, and at a great price! My room was on the highway (courtyard) side so it was a little noisy but wasn't a big deal. Otherwise it was VERY quiet! It was the first time I have stayed in a hotel where I didn't hear my neighbors. I will definitely stay again!
We have stayed at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista going back many years to the days when it was a Comfort Inn, then Clarion, and now Rosen. It has gotten better and better. Comfortable rooms with 2 large double beds, a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. All the staff are amazing but a special shout out to Jill Osborne in the restaurant who has looked after us at least a dozen times over the years. She is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Also, Jennifer in the restaurant and Shannon on the checkout all made us feel special. Would definitely recommend staying here for your visit to Orlando. Free shuttle buses to Disney and Universal parks too! Can't wait for our next visit.
Me and my wife spent about a week in Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. Long story short, the room was very nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, highly recommended!
