This hotel is a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend staying here. I’ve stayed twice, and both times were perfect! The front desk staff were quick, friendly, and efficient. The price per night is affordable, and you’re right in front of the outlets and close to the parks. The room was clean and comfortable. There’s a large pool to enjoy during the day if you like, a shuttle service to the parks with scheduled times.
Came here for a second time, absolutely love it! Staff are really friendly and breakfast is very great too, Jill Osborne was our server during both of our stays for breakfast, such a lovely lady and always happy to make our stay special, loves to create conversation & great atmosphere here, service all round is brilliant & very clean too. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. Highly recommended!
Great Hotel! The rooms were super clean, nothing fancy, but they have everything you need. Spacious parking lot. Beautiful location, near everything. Everyone is very nice, Wilson and Daniella from the concierge were the best! I would definitely stay here again. I loved this property and its people.
This was a perfect find. On-site security is also gated. There are so many added features, splash pad for the littles, two pools, game room, on-site restaurant, and bar washer and dryers. But the staff were even more pleasant. My family loved our stay here so much that I'm eager to return. It's also so close to all the theme parks with shuttle service available for free!
The service is 100! All from the gate, desk, shopping shop, and restaurant is amazing. The food at the buffet was delicious and óptimos of everyone!
Loved it here! Definitely coming back and staying here. Felt safe the entire stay. The staff was amazing, and the rooms were clean. My son loved the pool and splash pad.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista! This is a fantastic hotel if you're looking for a clean, cozy, and convenient spot in Orlando. The customer service was excellent, with the staff always friendly and helpful. Its location is a huge plus – super close to the parks and the outlet malls, which made our trip so much easier. We also loved being able to walk to some great restaurants. It’s definitely a top choice for comfort and convenience!
Just returned from Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista last week. Our stay was very pleasant. Room was suitable for our needs. Used the restaurant for a couple of breakfasts and an evening meal. Food quality and quantity was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was good for all the theme parks and shopping centres, etc.
I've stayed here before and reviewed here before. It's still that same excellent place with the same excellent staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great amenities. I could see some cosmetic updates since the last time I visited. I did not take advantage of the on-site amenities, like the restaurants, store, arcade, or park shuttle. I did use one of their two fantastic pools and I did sit on the cabana for bit - a nice way to relax between visits to Disney World. Note: it's still the best value with the best service in the area, but they DO charge $10 per day for parking now.
I was a solo female traveler to Orlando, and I chose this hotel because I lived in Orlando for over a decade and knew Mr. Rosen’s reputation. The hotel is super close to Disney, great dining, and other Orlando attractions. It’s convenient and easily accessible. The price for a budget traveler can’t be beat for a clean, safe place to stay. Nice pool and outside seating area. Close proximity to dining, bakeries, massages, shopping, and of course Disney. It’s not the Swan or Dolphin, but that’s not what you expect - or pay for. I enjoyed my stay and the flexibility it gave me to visit places I’ve missed over the years. It’s easy on a family’s budget and offers shuttle services to attractions and shopping. Mr. Rosen has a legit lifetime reputation for supporting an entire underserved community, and I have much respect for him and support his efforts. I plan to stay again soon.
Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista is absolutely the most worry-free hotel in the world. Well, MY world anyways. The ease of making a reservation by simply calling them direct is incomparable. Being centrally located to everything makes visiting everywhere a breeze. From pristine landscaping to crystal clear pool water to multiple water fountains that allow rainbows to hover in sunlight, all worries tend to fade into the abyss when you choose to relax at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista.
We just got back from an amazing holiday at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. Yes the rooms are basic and outdated, but they are clear with nice white fluffy towels. We used the shuttle buses and found these great. They were always on time and met our needs. The staff were so friendly and the food was really nice, especially for the price. We loved the burgers and chicken sandwich. Luisa in the bar was really friendly. There were plenty of nice places to eat with a 5 minute walk. The pool area was nice and clean, and the pool was heated. Everything for us was spot on.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was great and had everything we needed (except maybe a kettle, but we are tea drinkers). The staff was funny, friendly, always helpful, and willing to chat. The local wildlife was lovely to see, and the area was always clean and green. You could walk to local small shops and restaurants if you like to walk but need a car if you want supermarkets, outlets or particular sorts of restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised with the situation of the hotel and would go again. We booked our stay with Virgin Atlantic and as usual was not disappointed.
