Disney Very Merriest After Hours
This year Disney is throwing a new Christmas party for the holidays in the very merriest way that 
will include character sightings, themed fireworks, mouthwatering treats, and more.
Just imagine Christmas music playing all around, the Cinderella castle lit up in festive colors, Main Street full of freshly fallen white snow. Yes, Disney can really set the Christmas mood. This holiday season gather your friends and family and experience an unforgettable holiday festival – Disney Very Merriest After Hours – which is also during the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort.
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show
Here’s a magical firework show hosted by none other than the famous character, Minnie Mouse. While celebrating with Minnie, savor in holiday-themed treats, ice cream, popcorn, and beverages – all included in the cost of admission. It’s just one of the many perks and not even the best one! There will be holiday-themed attraction overlays and festive projections on the Cinderella Castle. On top of that, explore the Magic Kingdom park for 4 hours after closing time – with less time waiting in lines!
Stay Festive and Stay Safe
Usually, the big Christmas event of the year is Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, but with the pandemic still looming around, Disney created Disney Very Merriest After Hours, a new holiday event, that will still put guests in the holiday mood while following safety guidelines.
Disney Very Merriest After Hours will be on select nights between November 8 and December 21, 2021, from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. At some point in August, the Disney Very Merriest After Hours tickets will go up for sale, so keep monitoring for updates. Disney resort guests get an advance purchase window before it becomes open to the public. This window should be a week before general ticket sales begin. Tickets will allow admission to Magic Kingdom at 7 p.m., which gives guests a head start on exploring the beautiful park. These tickets do not require any additional day park ticket or Disney Park Pass theme park reservation.
So, the big question is the cost of the Very Merriest After Hours tickets cost.
Disney has not released the prices of the tickets currently, but the price is expected to be around $130 to $199 per person depending on the date. Obviously, the dates closer to Christmas, the pricier the tickets will get. Usually, there is a window for DVC members and Annual Passholders to get discounted tickets. This discount will probably apply to those in early November.
