A Christmas Day Buffet Menu with All the Fixings
Sure to satisfy every member of your family, our fabulous menu items include:
- Amazing Appetizers – Our chefs have created six starters to kick off your Christmas meal.
There are three tasty displays to choose from, including fresh fruit, gourmet cheese and crackers, and shrimp cocktail. To warm up, sip on some spiced parsnips and ham soup. Refresh yourself with our Christmas salad and citrus champagne vinaigrette or indulge your sweet tooth with Danish muffins and pastries.
- Enticing Entrees – When you’re ready to dig in, try one of our four main dishes.
Hearty favorites, apple-stuffed pork roast and beef tri-tip with au jus are popular choices. For seafood lovers, we have blackened salmon with mango papaya salsa. Or you can pair the garlic lemon chicken with artichoke cream sauce with your choice of pasta from our chef-attended station.
- Scrumptious Sides – No meal is complete without a savory side dish.
We’ve come up with some delicious veggie combinations, including cauliflower-goat cheese gratin, Brussels sprouts in a balsamic glaze with cranberries, and roasted potatoes with warm blue cheese. Our stuffing is made with bacon and radicchios. Assorted dinner rolls will also be available.
- Delicious Dessert – For dessert, we’re compiling some holiday favorites including tiramisu and various sweet treats.
Located in our Bella Vista Ballroom, our Christmas Day Buffet runs from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Adult tickets are $39.95. Children ages 4–11 are $16.95. Children under 3 eat free with a paying adult. Dining reservations are required and parking is included. Save 10% when you reserve online before Christmas Day, Saturday, December 25.
