Not sure where to start your retail excursion?

Here’s a look at where you can find the best shopping in Orlando.

Key Takeaways

The Best Malls in Orlando

The Mall at Millenia

The exterior of the main entrance of Mall at Millenia, surrounded by palm trees.

The Mall at Millenia is a shopping mecca.

This indoor mall is known for its selection of designer brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Tiffany & Co., and Burberry.

Other stores like Lily Pulitzer, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Pottery Barn, and Vineyard Vines call The Mall at Millenia home, too.

It’s the perfect place for luxury shoppers, special occasion purchases, and fashion enthusiasts looking to enhance their wardrobe.

The mall has a bright and airy upscale atmosphere perfect for an epic day of shopping.

When you’ve shopped up an appetite, enjoy a bite to eat in the food court or grab a table at a restaurant like P.F. Chang’s, The Cheesecake Factory, or California Pizza Kitchen.

While The Mall at Millenia is a destination in and of itself, the area around it is also home to big name retailers like IKEA, Old Navy, DSW, Nordstrom Rack, and many more.

The Florida Mall

With over 250 stores, The Florida Mall is Central Florida's largest shopping destination.

Shoppers could easily spend all day browsing stores like Zara, H&M, Primark, and American Girl.

The huge food court is a great spot for refueling and resting your feet from a day of shopping.

In addition to a wide variety of stores, The Florida Mall is also home to family-friendly attractions like Crayola Experience, a colorful and immersive play space for creatives of all ages.

Families, couples, and solo shoppers will love spending time at this retail hotspot.

Orlando’s Best Outlet Shopping

Orlando International Premium Outlets

A tower with windows and signs for Ford's Garage and the Orlando International Premium Outlets.

Orlando International Premium Outlets is known for its deep discounts on brands like Adidas, Coach, Nik, Michael Kors, and dozens of other brands.

Whether you’re shopping for clothes, shoes, jewelry, perfume, or even luggage, you can find what you’re looking for at one of the many storefronts.

The outlet mall itself is outdoors with partial overhead coverage but know that you may get caught in some poor weather if you’re shopping during the rainy season.

The stores here can also draw huge crowds, making parking and checkout lines a challenge. Plan to arrive early and aim to shop on weekdays, which are typically quieter than weekends.

Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets

Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets is often considered the “nicer” of the two Orlando outlet options.

This location offers a more upscale outlet mix with brands like Jimmy Choo, Burberry, and Prada in addition to more mainstream labels like Banana Republic, Fabletics, and J. Crew.

It’s a great destination for bargain hunters in search of luxury, as well as savvy shoppers who love a great deal.

The Disney’s Character Warehouse is also a popular spot to find official Disney merch at great prices (and there’s a second location in the Orlando International Premium Outlets, too).

Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores

A large fountain and pond surrounded by parking lot and stucco storefronts.

Another outlet shopping option is Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores.

Here, you’ll find outlet bargains on brands like Nike, Old Navy, Under Armour, Crocs, American Eagle, and more.

There are also unique retail spots like a Disney outlet and plenty of Orlando team gear waiting at the Team Orlando store.

Here for the theme parks? Try your luck at pin trading at Fantastic Pin Trading Co.

Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores is also home to a variety of delicious restaurants, making it a great destination for a day of shopping and dining.

Staying at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista? Take advantage of our complimentary shuttle transportation to Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores.

Unique Shopping Districts & Experiences

Disney Springs

A large brick passageway flanked by beautiful stores and towering palm trees at Disney Springs.

Disney Springs is a one-of-a-kind shopping destination with plenty of Disney magic.

This unique, sprawling complex is home to hundreds of stores and restaurants with exciting entertainment opportunities around every corner.

Shop familiar brands like Uniqlo, Free People, and Tommy Bahama, or treat yourself to something special from one of the smaller boutique shops.

There are also over a dozen unique Disney shops selling official merchandise. The World of Disney is the world’s largest collection of Disney merch, making finding a souvenir for everyone on your shopping list a breeze.

Stores like The LEGO Store and The M&M store are experiences unto themselves with interactive displays and larger-than-life photo ops.

Disney Springs is wonderful for families, Disney fans, and entertaining evening strolls.

Whether you’re in town for the theme parks or just looking for a touch of signature Orlando magic, Disney Springs always has something fun in store.

Universal CityWalk

A walkway with a large sign that reads Universal Orlando Resort topped with patio chairs and red umbrellas at Universal CityWalk.

At the entrance to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure is Universal CityWalk, a collection of restaurants, venues, and stores with clever themes.

While the shopping footprint is significantly smaller than Disney Springs, it’s still a good spot to pick up some Universal themed merchandise and quick souvenirs.

We recommend using a trip to CityWalk as an excuse to treat yourself to a milkshake from Toothsome Chocolate Emporium and Savory Kitchen or an indulgent donut from Voodoo Donuts.

Winter Park’s Park Avenue

A cobblestone street beside a storefront with a red door, lined in mature trees.

In the heart of Orlando is the beautiful town of Winter Park.

Its cobblestone streets, mature landscaping, and beautiful architecture make it one of the most popular neighborhoods in Central Florida.

The main stretch of Winter Park is Park Avenue, a charming and walkable street lined with local boutiques, art galleries, cafés, and restaurants.

In addition to independent shops and businesses, you’ll also find recognizable high-end labels like Brandy Melville, lululemon, Williams Sonoma, and Pottery Barn.

Across from the row of storefronts is a sprawling park with a beautiful rose garden, an elegant fountain, and a stage for community concerts and performances.

A trip to Winter Park is the perfect spot to find unique gifts, upscale local fashion, and an incredible meal.

Winter Garden

A cobblestone street with brick buildings, mature trees, climbing vines, and shops with green awnings.

Another wonderful Orlando neighborhood with great shopping is Winter Garden.

Located on the west side of Orlando, Winter Garden is a historic area with small-town vibes and plenty of character.

Shops, boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, and other specialty storefronts line either side of a rustic cobblestone street.

At one end of Winter Garden’s downtown area is the Plant St. Market, an indoor artisan market with booths selling handmade goods and natural, organic foods.

At one end is Crooked Can Brewing Co., a popular brewery great for grabbing a beer and sitting on the Plant St. Market patio after a day of shopping.

Tips for Shopping in Orlando

Orlando is a fabulous destination for every kind of shopping.

There are a few things you can do to make your shopping experience even more enjoyable.

Aim to start shopping in the morning. Peak hours for all of Orlando’s shopping destinations tend to be between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., creating long lines and parking congestion.

Of course, you can always avoid parking headaches entirely by using a rideshare service to the shopping destination of your choice.

Remember, as a guest of Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista, you’re invited to take advantage of complimentary shuttles to Disney Springs and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores.

Additionally, in the summertime, Central Florida sees thunderstorms almost daily. Indoor mall shopping is a great option during these times of predictably unpredictable weather (and the air conditioning is a huge plus, too).

When you stay at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista, you’re minutes away from incredible shopping hot spots like Disney Springs and the Orlando outlet malls.

When you’ve shopped until you’re ready to drop, Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista has the perfect comfy bed for you to fall into.

We can’t wait to see what you bring back from your next shopping adventure.
